Business Details

Well New open Turkish Restaurant Based in Burnage Turkish grill Restaurant looking for new owners

Established Turkish Restaurant for sale in a prime location in Burnage, Manchester.

A famous restaurant established for four years is for sale. I have owned this business since the beginning. Located near a shopping area and a major retail supermarket- Tesco nearby brings good footfall to the site; we are on a primary road location, well served with public transport links like the train station and bus station.

With little or less local competition, the leasehold price is £150,000, and the current turnover is available on request. The asking price is negotiable. All fixtures and fittings are part of the sale, and accounts are also available with the deed. The Restaurant has enjoyed a steady increase in turnover over the last year.

Due to health conditions, I have to sell the Restaurant. We work from 12 pm to 10:30 pm for seven days a week with three employees. We have a solid presence on social media like Facebook and Instagram and have partnered with food delivery platforms like Uber Eats and Just Eat. In addition, we are willing to offer training opportunities to the new owners, and new offers are encouraged.
