The price includes everything including all cream leather fixed seating, chairs, tables, TVs, till system, Glasswash machine and bottle coolers. All stock, optics and glasses. We have an excellent day time trade and good steady night trade. Fridays and Saturdays we have entertainment and is really busy. We had a brand new cooling system for beer, fitted in 2020. All new beer lines and extensive selection of lagers and draught beers. This I must say is a very reluctant sale. Due to other business commitments. There is a manager who currently manages this site who is local, with a proven track record who would be able to stay for the right buyer.
