The business has been run by an engineer with 30 years experience, having worked for British Gas, Worcester Bosch and Vaillant Group. Every employed engineer in the business has benefitted from at least 25 years experience.

The business almost exclusively installs Vaillant products. The business website includes a booking platform which is used by the majority of our clients. The booking platform reduces administration and integrates directly with the electronic diaries of our engineers. Clients receive automated reminders and follow instructions to book through a separate database. This requires minimal effort and provides a guaranteed revenue stream.

The profitability of the servicing database is excellent, and clients are prepared to pay more than the average for our services, such is the quality that we offer. The purchaser will benefit from all these additional work streams for no additional cost.

All purchasers will need to have at least five years' experience servicing gas appliances and considerable customer care experience.
