Over the last three years, we have expanded and now occupy a beautiful, historic building in Oakham, Rutland. In a prominent position on the high street, we transformed three treatment rooms, a dedicated lounge/pedicure area, a stunning nail bar and a multi-purpose shop where we proudly display and sell products by local individuals.
We employ five members of staff, have two self-employed specialists, as owners, we don't work in the salon. So a buyer could either work in the salon (there is so much space to grow) or could work OUT of the salon.
We have a salon manager who, with our awesome staff looks after our client list of over 2,000 incredible ladies (this doubled in 12 months!) We are a child-friendly salon with our branded sweetie bags to keep those little ones entertained. As well as special ‘princess pamper’ treatments to make those little ones feel special.
On top of all that (yes there’s more!) We have developed our range of vegan and cruelty-free products - we have a range of face care products, candles and diffusers, cuticle oil and moisturiser. We are so proud to say that most of our products are firm favourites with our client base and beyond and ALL of our products are used in our treatments at the salon. All of our stock, formulations and accounts are included in the sale of the business.
Our Paint Promise…
What is it we hear you ask? Well, our Paint Promise can be broken down into our core company values:
We promise every client (or client-to-be) who comes through our doors that they will always be greeted with openness, welcome and a smile. That we believe all clients are equal and deserve to be treated as such. That we do not judge, we do not gossip and we do not enable toxic conversations. We believe that we have a duty to our community to improve it and to give back and we endeavour to do that every day.
We have formal systems and processes in place for the smooth running of the salon. With an incredible accountancy firm, HR firm and Health & Safety company supporting the business day to day. We have a tried and tested onboarding process, every member of staff receives our Paint Bible to ensure they are a success in their role.
