Selling a busy, full equipped to the highest standard cafe and business. There is £25,000 worth of equipment in the kitchen, which is near enough new, been used for a year and half. A brand new extracted fan costing over £6000 was fitted last year. The cafe has a brand new bean-to-cup Jura x3 professional machine, which brings in a lot of customers. It seats up to 26 customers; including four seats out the front of the shop, on a communical street. While also serving a lot of take-away collection orders and Just Eat deliveries.
The cafe attracts a lot of customers, most of which are regular, and are seen on a day to day basic. Being in a highly communical area means we have a lot of support from the local community but also have people travelling from afar to visit us, which includes a lot of staff members from Pinewood Studios, in Iver.
We currently only open six days at week. Monday: 9.00am - 2.00pm
Tuesday - Friday: 7.30am - 2.00pm
Saturday: 9.00am - 2.00pm
The cafe is situated on a parade of shops in Hillingdon, Uxbridge. With no competition on the parade. There is parking all down the Parade with no parking meters aswell as lots of side roads whete customers can stop/park. The cafe lease includes an alighted parking spot round the back of the shop, directly outside of the back door.
We have decided to sell as we are moving on to something bigger.
