Busy pizza and chicken shop for sale
For sale is a bustling shop on the busy high street. There are three separate flats included, upstairs. It has been established for 15 years since 2019 in Chatham, Kent. The shop is on a high street location, five minutes away from the railway station. This is a good location for this business.
There is healthy competition in the area. The sale is for the leasehold of the business. The price is available on the application. The sale price includes everything needed to run this business successfully, including stock.
The turnover is available on request. It has been increasing over time.
There are three flats included - two studios flats and a three-bedroom flat. The reason behind the sale is that I am relocating from the area.
The current opening hours are 12 pm - one am, seven days a week. We have a staff of nine employees - five of them being delivery drivers. We have a social media presence on Facebook and have partnered with food delivery platforms like Justeat, Uber Eats and Deliveroo.
We are willing to offer training opportunities to the new owners.
