A great oppurtunity for the right person or family with takeaway or food experience i opened and spent well over 35,000 it was ran as a family business and we did good sales and still are but for family reasons and health issues its made me in a position to sell i really hand on heart dont want to but its a decision made by family members me included all this business needs is man power with staff and delivery drivers marketing and leafletting as i have done no advertising its all word of mouth and the cafe has repeat custom from work places garages hospitals schools also get good custom from station pub all this cafe needs is time which i dont have and effort and the potentiol will be seen i havnt got the man power for delivries as i am on just eat and uber but they take too much commision i do delivries but on my shop number which deliverd by taxi so to the right person it can go along way ive traded seven months so its part established in the area ive got 5star hygene good reviews on just eat im open 10am till 6pm i did use to open 8am and due to health reasons decided to open at 10am so again it just needs the right enthusiastic person or family with dedication and committment i will help as much as i can to help as i want to the person or family that buy to do so well and the investment will be worth while in the long run new lease is available so its a good deal to anyone starting or with experience to make good money. Also would like to mention we get a alot of english people asking for bacon n eggs and pork ham etc but we only serve halal food so its good for an english family to start there own concept or anyone for that matter as the cafe is fully equiped and ready to change hands theres also nine block of flats that have been knocked down last year and goverment are building 200 houses so its great chance for anyone to do we with the right staff and effort.
