Cafe at St Mary's is a gorgeous cafe sert within St Mary's church in the heart of Shrewsbury. The church is a main tourist attraction and welcomes hundreds of visitors each day. The cafe consists of three separate areas, the main cafe in the vestry, St Nics, which is in the main body of the church, where there is currently a small children's play area set up and also the courtyard, where we have permission for eight tables.
We have a good reputation and plenty of regulars as well as visitors to the church. We are rated 4th on Trip Advisor and have set up a relationship with the local tour company and have regular groups come in for afternoon teas.
The church is host to a number of events over the year, where we are able to boost our income by catering at these events.
