The Folly bar and kitchen reopened following a £250,000 investment in May 2021. It is in the Boston marketplace immediately opposite Boots, and abutting the river. The inside and outside of the premises are kept in excellent order. There are 100 internal seats and an excess of 200 external seats. The premises is currently open five of the seven days, with an aspiration for longer hours.
We are seeking a partner/concession/tenant to take on the kitchen operation. It should be someone who aspires to deliver food as outstanding as our cocktails. The catering kitchen is fully equipped with ovens, fryers, grill, pizza oven range, microwaves, fridges and freezers and a dishwasher. It is almost a turnkey operation, with further financial backing available for the right operator.
We envisage that both the food for customers at the restaurant and that for delivery can be processed through the large catering kitchen. Therefore a turnover can quickly grow from a modest £3000-£4000 per week to over £10000 per week, with ease. There are various rental agreements available, but we would want to work with an aspirational operator with a passion for food.
