For sale is a business in Huddersfield town centre in the busiest estate in Huddersfield with a retail park next to it. There are other big brands too like toolstation, Screwfix, crown decorating centre, Johnstone's, the gym and more.
It has been an established business for 15 years. I have been in this unit for the last 12 years. The garage workshop does all repairs including servicing clutches, brakes, tyres and alloy wheel repairs etc.
There is a newly bought diamond cut for £62000. We charge a minimum of £300 a set for diamond-cut wheels. Good business alloy refurbishments range from £45 to 60 a wheel.
The sale includes new tyres, stock, all consumables, a racking spray booth for wheel repairs, stands and paints, two ramps, two poster ramps lift four tonnes and a four-tonne four-poster wheel alignment ramp. There is an air conditioner in place.
There are no tools or toolboxes included in the sale. I am retiring due to family reasons.
