Busy, successful barbershop for sale - leasehold
The leasehold barbershop has been established for three years. It is within a residential area with a lot of passing footfall. There are bus route links and local businesses/retailers nearby.
There are no competitors in the area. We are a very busy barbershop it is a good opportunity for someone who has the time to work the hours.
The sale is for the leasehold of the business at £10,000. The price is fixed and it includes all fixtures and fittings. The weekly taking is averaging £1100, increasing over the years. The rent includes both the business and the accommodation. The new owner will need to pay a pre-deposit of £3000 to the landlord.
The business includes accommodation: a fully fitted 2-bedroom room flat. The shop is closed on Mondays. The timing for Tuesday to Friday is nine am - six pm, Saturday: nine am - five pm and Sunday: 10 am - three pm.
We have a social media presence on Instagram and Facebook and a tailor-made website. The reason behind the sale is personal circumstances and lack of staff not allowing me to give the hours required for this business.
No training will be provided, as this business would be ideal for an experienced barber to run who can dedicate the hours required, but I am happy to help with the transition.
