The bar has been established three years. It is located on a high street, one mile away from Alexander Palace. There are local public transport and bus route links one mile away from Hornsey station.
There is a theatre and the concerts at the Alexander Palace bring a lot of footfall as people dine here before their events, especially on weekends. There are some pubs, but there is no direct competition in the surrounding area.
The leasehold of the business is for sale. We are accepting offers in the region of £100,000. The sale includes fixtures and fittings. It can seat 40 - 50 people. The sale includes fridges, a till system, a coffee machine fully serviced, drafts and more. We have also recently decorated and renovated the restaurant's interior. The stock will be sold separately.
The business' turnover is available on requesflt. The turnover is increasing with more customers since post-covid. It is a family restaurant. The reason behind the sale is that my mother is retiring and, I have no time to continue this business by myself. It is because I have a career of my own. It would be better with a new owner to grow this business further.
The current hours are 5pm - 11 pm: Tuesday to Thursday/ Friday to Saturday: five pm - 12 am. A licence is available from 10 am to midnight, every day. We have a staff of five employees.
We have a social media presence on Instagram / Facebook / Google / Justeat. We have positive reviews - awarded for customer excellence by London Enterprise, 2020 and 2021.
There is a stage for live music, and the new owner can continue live music. We can provide links for musicians as our customers enjoy the music.
We are willing to provide training opportunities to the new owners. We will also show them the system and how the menu works.
