Desserts/bubble tea shop for sale
The business has been established for one year. The shop is in a prime location, within a major shopping centre with free parking. The Cwmbran shopping centre has a footfall of 350000 weekly. Shop is located opposite the main bus station. There is no immediate competition within the shopping centre. The price is negotiable, we are accepting offers. The dessert shop has 5***** hygiene rating.
The sale includes all fixtures, fittings and equipment. The sale includes an ice-cream freezer, furniture, tables and seats for 6/7 people (Additional seating is included too if the new owner want to expand ), display cake fridge, coffee machine, all kitchen equipments ( 3/4 different waffle machines, crepe machine, blender, hot chocolate maker, two additional fridge/freezer, microwave and more, and a cash register is included too. Stock is included in the sale.
The reason behind the sale is a change in personal circumstances. The annual monthly rent is £1500 including the VAT, but negotiable with shopping centre since it's under new flexible management. It is an urgent sale, hence the price. Only the fixtures and stock cost multiple times if someone is to establish this shop or even to sell them off individually.
Our current opening hours are 12 pm to eight pm, seven days a week. At the moment, one employee and I are working at the shop.
We have a social media presence on Facebook and Instagram. We have partnered with food delivery partners like JustEat, deliveroo and uber eats.
