We would encourage the new tenants to increase the hours for operation for trade to be within our licenced hours of seven days/evenings a week. Introducing Friday evening takeaways for high quality wood fired sour doughpizza/tapas and otherspecial events ideas would be great.
We have been very popular with both locals, tourist trade and resident on-site holiday guests. There is incredible scope with very little effort required to increase the footfall to the cafe.
