Hi! I am the owner of an OEM manufacturing unit in Poland specialised in workwear and other heavy fabrics sewing. The parent company, of which I am 100% shareholder, is based in the UK, Sheffield.
My staff:-
- 40 experienced sewers (2 shifts: six -14.14 - 22; Four 10-person teams with team leaders)
- 1 production manager
- 1 deputy production manager (also sewer)
- 1 engineer
- 1 cleaner (part-time).
So, relatively lean operations.
All members of staff have at least 20 years of experience in sewing.
Our clients: Workwear distributors and final clients in Poland and Scandinavia.
Location: Poland, a 1-hour drive from Warsaw. There are flights from the UK to Warsaw every day.
Machinery: all German "Juki", DOP: 2015.

We do not have a cutting room. However, there is the capacity to place a cutter.

You can either buy assets or the UK's entity (LTD), which is a parent company for this unit. The latter option may be great as you would inherit the whole set-up such as Polish entity, bank account, vat registration etc.
I am based in Sheffield but relocating to Poland now, and I can help with everything here in the UK and Poland. I am open either to staying for a handover or a more extended period.
