The nightclubs in the area give it good footfall. It is a prime location on high street with a train station nearby. There is healthy competition in the area. The sale is for the leasehold of the place. We are willing to sell for £60,000 or your nearest offer. All fixtures and fittings are included in the sale.
The yearly turnover of the business is £50,000. There has been an increase in turnover through the years. The place comes with accommodation. There are 2 floors. There are 2 rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen.
Our opening hours are Monday to Thursday, 5 pm to 12 am (the business has a licence to open until 3 am). The weekend timings are 5 pm to 3 am.
