Well established Chiropractic Clinic (20 years) in Malta, Europe for sale. Retiring after 40 years of dedicated service providing Chiropratic care to the citizens of the U. S. A. (Los Angeles, California, and Crested Butte, Colorado), Spain (Tenerife) and Malta.
This practice is unique; I practice a Diversified Chiropractic technique which is the essence of chiropractic.

I will continue to practice and familiarize the potential purchaser of the practice, so as to insure that the patients will continue their care and thus insure the profitability of the purchaser’s investment.

The clinic is open five days a week, I currently work a 3-day work week, by choice, and treat between 35 and 40 patients per day. The fee schedule is consistent with the current going rate of 50 Euros for the initial consultation including treatment and 30 Euros for subsequent treatment visits. Treatments are done with one patient per room.

If you are interested in practising in a Mediterranean climate and flying distance to all major European cities, Malta is a perfect place to settle and raise a family in a safe environment with a mostly English speaking population communication is not a problem.

The current rent for the three treatment room clinic and one private office, fully air-conditioned is 1000.00 Euros per Month. This can be re-negotiated with a very understanding and fair landlord. The total monthly overhead costs including two employee salaries, rent, water and electricity, landline and internet is around 2,000.00 Euros per month.
