We get all our wines & spirits from the local wholesaler. At the moment it is a pizza & tapas bar, but you can turn it into anything as the decor is neutral (redecorated just three months ago). Inbetween the shop & The Croft is the kitchen. This houses a pizza oven & a bread baking oven as well as a fridge and several stainless steel workbenches and shelves. The bar/restaurant Fri sat nights 6-11:30 The bar has a separate entrance at night time. There is a double-gated illuminated entrance giving you a complete separation from both businesses.

Upstairs is a four-bedroom apartment. A huge living room, a large double bedroom (currently has our two boys in there), a huge room above the bar area (currently our bedroom, as a side note this lends itself to a b&b room as it has separate access too) a guest room & the last room is used as our study/studio.

Outside there is a good size courtyard. There is also a two-story outhouse—the lower houses some freezers & the customer toilet. The upper is currently a storage room, but we have made enquiries about turning it into a self-contained b&b room.

The garden is huge... Approx 60 metres long. It has a new shed (10×8) and a large four-metre decking area just built. Views from the decking are stunning as it takes in the estuary & The Norman Castle... What a view!

As it stands, the business is successful. There is huge scope for expanding too. We currently have two part time staff.

We have hosted food theme nights which were all 'sell-outs', and we have had open mike nights and the local band playing to a full house (videos available on request)...
