This shop is back on the market due to a few time wasters. The shop is immaculate and has a high-profit margin. We offer a delivery service, but 90% of our customers come to the shop. There is parking outside, with a Nisa next door and a cash machine.
We only accept cash inside the shop, but we have our own app that allows customers to order online and pay by card. We have an Epos till system, and our trading hours are 4 pm-9.30 pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday, and Friday, and Saturday 4 pm-10 pm. We are closed on Mondays, so there is potential for more earnings with longer trading hours and opening on Mondays.
There is a secondary school within walking distance of the shop, providing an opportunity for lunchtime trade. The shop is available for rent or lease, with a genuine reason for offering these options. Information will not be given out over the phone; viewings are by appointment only. References will be needed—please, no time wasters.
