The bar servery is well designed and equipped with backbar refrigerated bottled beer and wine coolers, a coffee making machine, a full range of draught beer and lager dispense units and 3 EPOS tills. At the rear of the bar is a wash up area fitted with glass washing machines, stainless steel worktops and extra storage space.

Customer toilet facilities are located on the ground floor and comprise of ladies, gents and disabled, there is a baby changing facility within the ladies toilet.

Kitchen

The kitchen is a chef’s dream, it is fully equipped with a range of fittings and equipment of the highest quality and specification, it meets all local authority and Public Health Hygiene regulations. To supplement storage facilities for the kitchen there are walk-in freezers and refrigerators.

A small admin office and staff changing facilities are situated adjacent to the kitchen area.
