Menopause Experts Group was founded in 2020, when menopause was still being widely overlooked and misunderstood.

Millions of women were reaching this stage of life without adequate information, struggling to understand symptoms and often feeling that nobody was listening.

We believed education had the power to change that.

Our purpose was never simply to create another menopause course. We wanted to create a network of informed, approachable people who could take reliable education into their own communities and help make conversations around menopause part of everyday life.
