We spent £50,000 in 2022 on new windows and rending. The front facade is all new. Opening on Mondays and extending the timings could easily put another £4,000 a week on top of taking. The opening hours are 11:30 am - 7:45 pm. The timings for Friday to Saturday is till 8:45 pm. It is closed in December. Mondays are also closed (only open during summer school holidays). Would be doing well if it open for breakfast.
The taking is very high and is still growing as we are only nine years old restaurant. because of energy prices landlord reduced the rent first year. The rent is £55500 AFTER for a secure long lease. (Viewing is highly recommended. )
