Hugely popular Gym Wear brand for sale due to retirement.

The Bebak clothing brand was set up a few years ago after 30 years’ experience in the gym clothing and fitness industry and all the knowledge we have gained over this time have gone to make this a profitable business that requires only 20-25 hours a week worth of work.

This business is currently run from a small office and has previously been run from a wooden lodge in our garden but is fully relocatable and could  easily be run from home.

The experience we have in the gym clothing business have allowed us to build strong brand recognition and with several registered trademarks in the UK and throughout the whole of Europe give this brand strong protection in the online marketplace.

We sell a range of clothing with the emphasis on hoodies and t shirts and all our designs and logos are original to our company making these stand out from the competition and gaining many repeat customers.

Our business model allows us not to have to carry large quantities of stock thus not tying up funds that could be better used in developing and growing the business (if the new owner wanted to easily expand).

We currently sell on Amazon, Ebay and our own website but have deliberately not expanded the business over the last couple of years due to having other business commitments. We have now decided that it is time to take semi-retirement and to just have the one business, so this is the reason for the sale.

We have a very strong presence on Amazon and have 1000’s of 4* & 5* reviews that gives the brand very strong customer confidence, something that can takes years and years. We are regularly “Amazons Choice” for gym clothing, gym t shirts and gym hoodies again something that will take years to achieve. We have just recently had a brand-new website developed after the success of our Shopify site but wanted a more bespoke site that we could customise to drive sales and traffic directly to.

This type of business is prime for social media to drive sales traffic but we simply have not had the time, with active Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok accounts we are confident that there would be a massive increase in sales with the inclusion of regular content, videos etc.

The business could be almost fully automated with the FBA (fullfilment by Amazon). The automation for this has already been set up and we have currently have stock in Amazon warehouses. This process simply means that you bulk send stock into the Amazon warehouse and then every time a customer purchases one of your items Amazon will pick, pack and post your item for you, this will give an almost completely passive income.

We have strong sales in Germany and several other European countries and this again is an area that we know is prime for expansion, with this previously in mind we took our a European Trade Mark to protect the brand once we did decide expansion but this again would be something for the new owner to pursue.

The sale is to include printers, desks, racking and all current stock, all intellectual property rights of the brand, website and online retail platform sites.

We are happy to work with the new owner during the transition for a week and will be providing a full and comprehensive printed manual that will have every detail, contacts and day to day running instructions to ensure a smooth handover.
