Pawfectly Personalised is a unique business offering custom made products for pet owners, with a strong focus on dog owners. This is pre-revenue and has sold around £200 worth of items on ebay as a test with suppliers before we decided to build out the website. It was designed as part of a portfolio of ecommerce projects and this is one of a few we are unable to take forward, so are selling.

 

We have products including cushions for owners, collars, leads, feeding mats, bowls, clothing and unique art designs. All are personalised as per the client using a range of suppliers we have set up who send the goods direct to the client – there is no requirement to purchase stock up front.

 

The design of the products are all very simple based on the supplier system with many of the templates on Canva too. You do not need any design experience to run this, but time is needed to market and build the brand. We have a marketing plan which we put together which cover the plans for this to include organic social as they key generator given the virality of the products. This is included in the sale package.

 

We wanted to build a few key selling points into Pawfectly Personalised  to stand apart which include:

- Personalised – all products can be personalised to match the client. This is handled by the website itself in some cases such as the the unique and fun with a link sent for the client to create online.

- Viral products – we have a few items which are very unique including the Pet Driving license and passport which was to be a core element of the marketing strategy….these are completely unique to us and present an incredible opportunity to build a user base. The product design can be applied to other products for humans too which could dramatically extend the product range.

 

Our Pawfectly Personalised  products offer margins of 50% up to 100% margin with scope for increasing this. An example of this is the pet clothing which has 120% markup and is competitively priced.

 

As explained, this is a pre-revenue website which has not traded yet due to our lack of time. Suppliers have been tested so are verified but this needs someone with time to dedicate to marketing.

 

There is great scope for rapid expansion using our key products such as those under Unique and Fun to apply to other products and have a clear range of products for the pets and owners. Of course new designs can easily be applied to all products and bundled together such as lead, collar and feeding bowl.

 

Included in the sale:

- All the supplier accounts – only one provider has a £19 per month fee which allows the online creation of the products. This could be removed and insert fields for the user to provide. If this was the case, the only running cost would be hosting which can be as little as £5.99.

- all digital assets – supplied via dropbox link with some which have not been loaded onto the website

- canva assets – you will need to create a free canva account to take ownership
