How does the NOIR franchise model work?
NOIR charges an initial franchise fee, which is between £12,500 and £20,000, that allows franchisees to operate an NOIR using the company’s trademark and proven systems of operating and marketing the business.
The franchise package also includes all fixtures and fittings, signage, marketing fees, project management costs and pre-launch expenses. In addition, franchisees are able to use the NOIR cutting edge software, which streamlines staff, kitchen and recipe management, ordering and keeping up to speed with inventory.
There are three franchise options available:
• NOIR Cafe: A 600-1,000 square feet restaurant with seating for up to 25 customers.
• NOIR Restaurant: This requires a suitable commercial property measuring 1,500 to 1,800 square feet, which can accommodate between 40 and 60 guests.
• NOIR Restaurant and Lounge: A 2,000 plus square feet outlet that can service over 80 customers at any one time including shisha space.
Master franchises are available outside of the UK. Master franchisees are responsible for the development of large territories - and sometimes whole countries - via the sale and management of franchises in the area.
