Boring Cleaning is a window cleaning business based in south wales that has its own in-house canvassing team. The team builds up a regular customer base of clients who have their windows cleaned every eight weeks.
Boring Cleaning typically builds these regular rounds across South Wales and then recruits and employs window cleaners to maintain them in a normal business format, but it is now looking for an alternative to this for the Cardiff/Bridgend area.
We are looking for someone who is looking for a new opportunity to have their own their own business with a regular cleaning round already set up and come under the Branding of ourselves as a Partnership/Franchise.
We feel this is a better method than typical employment for the customers, ourselves, and anyone looking to partner with us.
The key is for us to work with the right person rather than the highest bidder. We are looking for some upfront capital to demonstrate commitment, which is negotiable, and then a percentage paid for the work provided each time its cleaned. You will need to be able to window clean and have a van with equipment, both of which we can help with if required.
We feel for the right person it is easily achievable to earn around £50-£60k PA as a one man band who has no stress of finding customers or dealing with the day to day back end of running a business.
