LOCATION

The subjects benefit from a prime trading position, situated on St Enoch Square in the heart of Glasgow City Centre. St Enoch Square is home to a good mix of retail, offices and licensed operators ensuring high levels of footfall throughout the day and evening.  There are also a number of new hotel developments in close proximity including Virgin Hotel, Adagio Hotel & Premier Inn.

The counter servery is positioned to the rear of the premises and is home to the till system as well as coffee machine and a chilled cake display.  To the rear of the counter there is a stainless-steel workbench with undercounter refrigeration, as well as a dishwasher, additional fridge and hand basin.  There is also a display drinks fridge in the front shop for customer self-service.
