The Fryery was established in 2011
We were previously trading Mon to Sat 11.30am to 11.30pm
In recent years I have had to reduce trading hours due to I'll health.
Current trading hours are Mon to Sat
5pm to 9pm approximately.
What this business needs is extending trading hours as lunchtime trade did very well. Also I would open on Sunday evenings as the demand for that would be very high.
