The Tipsy Kat is a cocktail bar that offers a unique experience to Hereford.  Recently refurbished it offers a modern and stylish bar that has the benefit of outdoor seating.  It is also at the heart of Hereford's town centre leisure circuit and resides on the busy Bridge Street being close to a number of other well known leisure outlets including pubs, bars and restaurants.  The premises offers 50 seats internally with a further 20 available outside.  It has operated since 2022, but due to other business commitments of the owners, they have decided to sell their interest to new operators that could really drive the business forward.

The city of Hereford enjoys a population in excess of 60,000 and includes all amenities that would be expected from a city of this size including the university.  It is the county town that acts as a commercial and economic centre for a much wider area and is particularly famed for a number of tourist attractions, especially that of the Cathedral (close to the subject premises) which is the home of the Chained Library and Mappa Mundi which attracts visitors throughout the year.  It is also well placed on Bridge Street which is a link between the town centre and the beautiful River Wye and King Georges playing Fields and swimming baths.
