PREMISES: The salon is located on a busy main road, which is on a number of bus routes connecting Brighton and Hove together. The salon is in excellent condition and was fully refurbished when the vendor created the business.  The premises are double fronted and on entering the ground floor you are greeted by the waiting area and reception desk. There are 5 nail bars and 3 spa pedicure chairs at the rear. With additional seating at the side which is used as a waiting area.

Lower Ground Floor – Has 2 fully fitted treatment rooms with a couch, please note that these are currently not being used. There is also a kitchenette, storage area, staff room and toilet.  The vendor has confirmed that all fixtures and fittings are owned outright by them and nothing is hire purchase or lease.

TURNOVER – The business is run under management and the staff consists of full time self-employed nail technicians.  Hours of Opening Monday to Saturday 10am to 7pm and 10am-4pm on Sunday. Full details of the turnover will be shared with prospective purchasers upon request. The salon uses Treatwell to manage all bookings through the salon’s comprehensive website. We are informed that the business is currently averaging £6,000 per week.

TENURE – The premises is held on a full repairing and insuring lease with approximately 7 years remaining, at a current rental of £44,400. per annum inclusive of VAT. There is a break clause in year 5 of the lease.
