Established business for over 10 years, currently being operated on a part time basis but opportunities to expand are there for the right person, unfortunately other commitments have meant we haven't been able to give it the time and commitment needed to push forward. There are no shortage of venues within the area, and for the right person, the amount of business this could generate could easily double what we are doing at the moment.
We are currently a preferred supplier at a local hotel and we have just set out a list of decoration packages which they are selling to their brides and grooms, so this will be continual work throughout the year. Two recent open days have added extra exposure and potential further decoration bookings and contacts.
After much deliberation we are now including in the sale the Chiavari chairs and all forward business to go with this. We currently have 33 weddings booked in and confirmed with our above venue, as they use our chairs as part of their wedding packages, bookings will undoubtedly rise as they tend to add bookings throughout the year for varying events. As a rough guide this will be around 10-15k of business just on the chairs.
There is plenty of opportunity for someone to relocate the business after existing bookings have been honoured, the business has a good social media presence, which again we have not taken full advantage of so could easily bring in more business through advertising and further exposure.
