Falafel Corner Cardiff is a well established café takeaway based on the highest footfall street in Cardiff. Established in September 2018 The business is a hit with lunchtime city workers, retail staff and surrounding residents. With a cue out the doors every lunchtime the business has offered health fresh food to the city centre.
The Business is open 7 days a week from 11am -5pm Monday to Friday. 11am -6pm Saturdays and 11am-5pm on Sundays. Even with the business being a high turnover business there is still large opportunities to the new owners to generate more income by opening during the evening and trading via a new bifold windows that have just being installed at a cost of over 7k so you can serve directly on to the street.
This summer we installed a new coffee machine, Frozen yogurt machine and smoothie machine allowing us to offer more products to customers. These new products have added 15% sales on to the business with room to increase further.
We are lucky enough to be positioned at the top of Churchill way in Cardiff which has a new canal redevelopment scheme currently in progress and due to be completed January 2024 which will bring a lot of footfall right past the shop.
