We have become a familiar name in Birmingham, being the go to place for Bubble Tea; and not just in the Balti Triangle - we are proud that are customers travel from all over the West Midlands for a sip of our Bubble Tea. 

We were the first Bubble Tea store to open on Ladypool Road and still the only dedicated  store here. Our focus is on our drinks; we have a unique and large selection which aren’t available anywhere else. What separates us from the competition is our fun & quirky branding. Having attractive branding matters especially when differentiating from competitors. 

Store has been recently refurbished this summer 2024. Selling as owners are based in London and have been managing the store remotely - we are now opening another branch in London hence requires someone to own/manage/operate the Birmingham store.

Since we opened back in Jan 2022 and operating from nearly 3 years now we have grown a large and loyal customer base. There’s no surprise customers keep coming back, our signature drink is the Dirty Brown Sugar which we have become well known for. Our brand was key to introducing the Bubble Tea concept to this side of Birmingham. 

We have over 19.5k likes on Tiktok and have a dedicated Marketing Manager who will continue to market the brand overall. You are able to run your own local social media operations too i.e. create your own pages for the Ladypool Road branch.  We have been endorsed by Birmingham based influencers on Tiktok and Instagram too. 

You will own the lease to the Ladypool Road store, all equipment you need to run the store from day 1 and the licensing required to operate under the NaughTEA Boba™ Brand. This store will operate as a franchise store, you will be the franchisee hence owning this specific store.

• All equipment and fittings in store; utensils, furniture, decor and electronics  (Branded tea urns, iPad, card machine, tv screens for menus, decor, neon signage, premium statement lighting, shelving, sealing machine, hot milk frothing machine, 2 x fridges, freezer cooker etc.) - this has everything you need to operate and run from day 1! 
• Very good rent rate which includes electricity, insurance and water bills (rare given the prime location) 
• Stock and consumables (branded cups, lids, straws and bags) that are available at point of purchase
• We are currently trading so you would continue trading as per normal from an agreed date to avoid closure time 
• We have an existing large and loyal customerd base; all data is held in our CRM & Loyalty system which includes functionality to market out to customers  via Push Notifications and Texts. This is a low cost digital service you'll need to subscribe to.

Given the success of our company since launching, we would like to focus on the franchising model; enabling further NaughTEA Boba™ locations to be opened across the UK. As the current owners of the branch are based in London, handing over the Birmingham store ownership and operations management to a determined and business minded individual will allow prioritisation of the franchising elements of our business strategy.
