Our clients are looking for a buyer to take over their young, thriving concrete company. Established around 6 years ago, the business has a small repeat client base of c 41 customers and works limited hours, Mon-Fri. The asking price is largely comprised of the freehold land value plus all of the unencumbered assets necessary to operate the business (Sami hoppers, 2 x concrete mixer lorries, Elcometer S45 concrete pump, JCB mover, etc). There is a high level of asset finance available to assist a purchaser get into this business. The owner will provide thorough training to anyone new to the sector. The vendor has another (non-related) business interest which is demanding more of his time, hence placing his concrete company onto the market. Current sales are c £20k per month, but buyers should note that this is an average and is limited by the increasing amount of time the owner spends away in his other business. Therefore there is significant scope for a new owner to ramp up marketing, increase the client base and get both concrete mixers on the road everyday.
