THE PREMISES:  The kebab shop is located in the centre of Brighton’s city centre on Western Road. ROOM RENTALS: The upstairs has been converted and currently used as a guest house with rooms booked via booking.com. On average the rooms are rented at £150 per night and have been decorated to a high standard.

TENURE

RATES:  We have been verbally informed that the current Rates Payable amount to £3,000 per annum for the ground floor  and basement and the rooms upstairs are £2,000 per annum. Prospective occupiers should make their own enquiries to verify same.

TURNOVER: The vendor works full time in the business with the assistance of 2 part time staff members. We are informed that the average weekly turnover is £7,000 - per week. The room rentals produce an additional net profit of £40,000 per annum. The current opening hours are Monday-Sunday 12pm-12am.
