Developed quickly into a leading repairs company as well as System builders serving small business and the public.
Ran as a retailer but transitioned into a service led business increasing profit ratio from 34% in 2006 to 76% as of 2023.
Well positioned in the area with new housing being built will increase the customer base locally.
Online reviews are positive currently averaging 4.9% on google and 5* on facebook – yell – cyclex, No1 on three best rates etc
Good frontage allowing awareness of the company via the thousands of drivers who pass each day and to passers by.
Currently we do not advertise for business – we have not advertised in MK since 2007. The business reputation online and by word of mouth generates nearly all our work.
Top on top Three Best rated 7 years in a row 2017 to 2023. This can not be brought it has to be earned.
No local competition.
Good scope for improvement in performance / increase in turn over as business hours are currently reduced due to needs of my family. This has been the case for the last 2 years. Currently we are not using social media to its full potential, simply due to time constraints. Although our good reviews help generate a lot of new custom.

Company database. Currently containing approximately 7,000 customers with names, address’s, telephone numbers and emails addresses where given. The database also includes job tickets for work undertaken.
Company name & with-it reputation including web site and other owned domains, email addresses any social media platforms.
Currently we have 1 engineer employed, he is reliable, honest and hard working. He has been a credit to the company for almost 6 years.
I can provide assistance and some training if required.
Premises
Rent for the premises is £600 per Calendar Month £7200 per Annum
Option to buy the building in the future, subject to negotiation.
NOTE :
Although I feel the sale of the company is the best way forward, I am also considering taking on a partner that could aid the business grow and manage the business day today. I would still be involved throughout but also be able to step back to take care of my family.
