The surrounding area is densely populated with many flats in the area.  Currently the vendor works with Deliveroo, Just Eats & Uber Eats, where he has received a minimum star rating of 4.5/5 across all sites and has achieved 4.6/5 on Google Reviews.   The business was established in 2019 and the business now only comes to the market due to the vendor’s wish to relocate.  No longer trading.

 

THE PREMISES:  This extremely well-presented premise comes to the market in excellent condition.  On entering the premises there is a serve over counter for ordering and collection of orders. Just behind the serve over counter is the kitchen and cooking area with full extraction and order preparation area. Towards the rear of the premises is a dry store room, two chest freezers, washing up area and staff toilet.
