LOCATION

Hartfell House, occupies a prominent location within the picturesque residential setting of Hartfell Crescent in the vibrant and bustling Dumfriesshire market town of Moffat.

Moffat is extremely popular due to its location approximately 1 mile from junction 15 of the M74, regarded as the main Scotland to England trunk road. Having bought the business in 2003 as a going concern, our clients have spent a lot of time and effort establishing Hartfell House as one of the finest and most reputable guest houses in the area with a name for quality and service. Moffat is a busy town especially during the summer months, however does offer all year round trade due to its proximity to the motorway and access links with Hartfell benefiting from strong levels of tourist, local and repeat business.
