Small gardening round for sale in Orpington, Bromley and Chislehurst worth 10,000 per year minimum not including extras on top. Works out as eight days work per month spring to winter with four days per month out of season, usually end of December to end march. Im asking for a third of the minimum yearly take. So once cleared with customers will drop the price to reflect the customers willing to stay on, but I suspect most if not all will stay on the books.
