Lunchbuns Sandwich and Salad Bar, a takeaway food business established in 1986 and located in the heart of the Georgian town of Scotland, Lincolnshire, is for sale. Being located just a few steps from a busy high street, we have been feeding the hungry people of Stamford for over 35 years.
We sell cold-filled sandwiches, hot breakfast rolls, breakfast boxes, salad boxes, our legendary hot pork rolls, cakes, snacks, and hot and cold drinks.
The shop comprises three floors, with the retail and service area on the ground floor. It includes a sizeable multi-deck chiller, serve-over display fridge, hot plate gantry, heated cabinet, microwave and hand wash sink. We are currently using Deliveroo and Foodhub. We carry out our deliveries to a 1.5-mile radius for which we use a 50cc moped (68 plate) which will include in the sale of the business. We also own the domain name.
Our opening hours are Monday to Saturday, nine am until 2.30 pm, giving the potential buyer massive scope for increased turnover by increasing opening hours and delivery radius.
