Italian Restaurant for sale in London, Putney.
The business has been established since March 2022, and I have owned the restaurant since its beginning. The leasehold price is £160,000, and the current turnover is available on request. The turnover is showing growth over the last year.
We are located 50m away from the town centre, which increases the number of customers to the Restaurant. There is also a school nearby and public transport links such as Putney station.
