The business provides carbon reduction and removal (offsetting) services for individuals and businesses across the UK. We have long-term subscribers as well as regular one-off purchases. There is significant potential for growth.

The business runs entirely remotely. All processes and suppliers are established. Very. Strong growth profit margins. Almost all sales come from organic traffic via established Google SEO, with over 100 queries appearing on the first page of Google.

There is huge opportunity for growth, particularly if you utilise paid advertising as this is an area we have not really explored. Further automation to help one-off purchasers convert into long-term subscribers and repeat customers would also be beneficial, we haven't done anything with that yet. The business operates in a rapidly growing industry, with total market growth of more than 3x in the last two years.

This year, the business won an award at the National Start Up awards 2022. We have also been finalists for numerous other awards.

The business is for sale for personal reasons. There is no debt and the business has a stable cash position. We have a family member who has been suffering with mental health complications. Both my partner and I run other businesses and we know that this business has significantly more potential but between the personal circumstances and our other obligations we do not have the ability to put the time in that it deserves. Trading Hours: The business currently operates on circa five hours per week of work. Sales come in at all times of the week and minimal processing is necessary, usually just 10 minutes per day for fulfilment. This fulfilment can be automated with some technical know-how.

Employees: One of the two owners works part-time in the business and is assisted by a part-time remote employee. The owner is willing to assist through a comprehensive handover and the employee is also willing to remain (but is not compulsory).
