Local food delivery app, very similar to JUST EAT'S app only for the local area of North Wales. A lot of local businesses are already on-boarded and are using our services. We charge 7.5% Vat per order to the restaurants and then they carry out their own deliveries with their own drivers and charge for delivery via the app. CLWYD EATS is owned by myself, but is part of a bigger franchise called 'THE EATS GROUP'. The eats group provide customer service support throughout the day and evening to the restaurants on our behalf.
Our sole job at CLWYD EATS is to sign up new restaurants, fill in menu's for the app, and advertise via social media and google ads. The EAT'S GROUP take care of all the software, updates, etc.
The profits are divided between Clwyd Eats and then The Eats Group. 50 pence per order is also charged to the customer which is split between both parties also.
THE MORE ORDERS CLWYD EATS CAN GENERATE FOR THE RESTAURANTS MEANS MORE INCOME FOR THE OWNER.
Currently I have only tapped into a very small part of takeaways in the area. This business has the potential to grow 4/5x it's current capacity with someone who has the right attitude and time to put in. Average profit per order is roughly 90 pence per £20.00 order. This business can easily grow to 3000 orders per week with the right person putting the effort in.
The only reason for me selling this lucrative business is due to the face I am shortly migrating to Australia and do not have the resources to keep this going without me personally being here, as it does need attention in signing up new businesses and occasionally having to swap the odd terminal here and there if they become faulty etc.
GREAT BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY FOR THE RIGHT PERSON!
