Business Details

Leasehold established Fabric & Haberdashery shop.

For sale is an established and popular fabric and haberdashery shop. It has been in Essex for 45 years and therefore, has an established client base. The last four years of books are available to see. You will walk straight into a thriving little business. There is an opportunity for additional revenue if you can sew, do alterations and make cushions and curtains as I currently outsource these.

The room upstairs is currently used as a stock room but could be made into a sewing room and lessons can be conducted there. Alternatively, it could be used to stock additional items such as net curtains or turn into an upholstery fabric room. The rent is under £800 and there are no business rates so it is cheap to run. It is next to a cafe and jewellers in a busy part of Clacton town centre.

A new lease is to be agreed upon with the landlord. All stock is included in the sale. It is a bargain price as I have another career I wish to pursue.

No offers please the asking price is the price and I have already reduced the price signficantly. The stock alone is worth £50,000 or maybe more.

Please contact me for further information.
