The business has been established for 25 years in Barnet, London. We rebranded the company 15 years ago. It is in a prime location with several local amenities. The shop is opposite the Aldi supermarket with parking available and several public transport links nearby. There is no competition in the immediate surrounding area.
The sale is for the leasehold of the business at £10,000 or your nearest offer. The sale includes fixtures and fittings. The stock will be sold at a valuation. The current opening hours are nine am - 5:30 pm, six days a week. We used to have two employees. The enforced hours during covid-19 meant I have to manage by myself now.
