An online business selling and making personalised products. We rank #1 on Google organically for the product we sell. We have little competition in the area we trade in. There is plenty of scope to take this business to the next level by introducing new products.

Up till now, we have had over 93,000 customers and over 100000 sales nationally. We have an average conversion rate of 10% with a 13% returning customer rate. The business was started in January 2020. Since then, we have taken the business from zero to £318,00 in 2020 and £524,000 in 2021. It was done by selling one product.

I run the business along with my partner with the help of one employee (self-employed). We are at a point where the business needs to grow and we feel it is the right time to pass this on to someone new who is looking for a an established business and more importantly, someone that is looking for a challenge of taking things to the next level.

Our advertising has been done only through Facebook by ourselves, the person taking this business on has the chance to explore new areas to advertise in as this is not our strength, as stated we have over 93,000 of which 85,000 are email subscribers and we have only sent one marketing email to date so, there is another area to explore.

We have only advertised in the UK and 99% of sales are in the UK. In February 2020, we trended on TikTok and made over £22,000 in 36 hours. It was mostly from America. We also get a lot of interest from Europe. The business has a huge potential to become international with the reach of millions of customers outside of the UK.

The products we sell have a 15% cost to produce and we import the materials directly from china to keep costs very low. The product itself has no set niche and is open to many people. As stated, we run this business from our garage. We should have moved into a larger unit and taken on more staff to cope with the demand but, life got in the way and this became an issue. We started this business from nothing and have worked very hard to get it to where it is today. We produce all the products in house and have full control of the whole process.

There is huge room to scale, grow the current offering and bring in new products. We are not an LTD company, I am classified as a sole trader. This will make the sale of the business quicker and easier. I have a P&L for 2020 and 2021. All of our sales were processed online so, we are fully transparent with regards to the business performance.

We are asking for £399,000 for the business. Due to the nature of the business and the exclusivity of what we sell this will not be disclosed until an NDA is signed.

The business comes with all the equipment, website, customer database, and Facebook page. I am willing to help the new owners once the business is sold if needed.
