BUTCHERS & DELI WITH ALCOHOL LICENSE FOR LEASEHOLD SALE IN WARWICKSHIRE.
A profitable butcher business is available for sale in the busy town centre of Warwickshire with a stunning and spacious shop. The shop has been with me for four years and comes with an alcohol license. It's an attractive town with a growing population, (over 5000 houses built in the last three years) m40 is five minutes drive from the town centre and a further 3000 homes being built as we speak.
The shop has three floors; the middle floor was supposed to be a cooking area but hasn't gotten around. The turnover is 85% public and 15% local pub trade; The town has lots of pubs, cafes, and restaurants to go to if you are interested in boosting the turnover. Adding an online store and home deliveries would be the only improve the turnover massively.
All the equipment was brought brand new and is fully owned by me. Following are the equipment:
-Walk-in chiller is in a prep area 3.5m wide by 5m long.
-Mincer.
-Sausage filler.
-Tray wrapper.
-Vac packer.
-Three sets of scales.
-5 x prep tables.
Blocks.
-Nearly 10m of counter space.
The shop is ready-made for someone to walk into and start trading from day one. The shop is run with two butchers and a deli counter assistant. It has recently added a full alcohol licence and has also been voted for as best butcher/deli in Warwickshire.
The trade like all other butchers has gone up recently the shop was doing 12-£14.000 per week in the peak of covid, the last 3-4 months have seen all butcher's go back to a bit more of normality. The business made good Christmas trade & saw over 600 orders for 22nd-24th December last year and made over £65.000.
My old business partner and I went our separate ways, so the shop had a quick name/business change in September,2019, also a new shop refit in January 2021, adding a new deli, so I would only be able to offer managers accounts and full card payment accounts (80% of turnover is on the card), I've had the same system for two years so can go right back.
Please feel free to get in touch with me for any further details.
