The cafe offers a full and freshly prepared menu including breakfasts, hot and cold filled rolls, sandwiches, chips, soup, paninis, pasta dishes, cakes and a full range of teas and coffees. There is potential to expand the menu and open the cafe later in the evening to take advantage of the takeaway side of the business.
The unit offers up to 24 covers and has a small modern breakfast bar area as well as more traditional seating. The kitchen is a fully open plan and has recently been awarded a five-star review by Food Standard Agency. All the equipment is included in the asking price, including an espresso coffee machine, bean grinder, POS till system, electric griddle, hob with oven, work tables, fridges, deep freezers, panini machine, microwaves, fryers, electric salamander grill and a soup urn.
There is new development being done right behind the cafe, the construction is supposed to last for nine months and the new buildings include flats and houses.
