Richard started his career in 1988 with Peter Swales, multiple business owner, entrepreneur, and Chairman of Manchester City FC, where he gained valuable business acumen and consultative sales experience, before moving into property negotiation in the early 1990s and subsequently commercial property and business sales & transfer broking in 2001.
Richard has held positions from Junior Negotiator to Managing Director, being employed by market leaders such as Countrywide EA and Christie & Co to larger and respected independents such as Hilton Smythe Grp. He understands property and the business transfer process from all perspectives, holding your hand all the way from pre-market advice to exchange and completion.
