The Business: This independently run business provides both household and commercial removal services across the United Kingdom and Europe, as well as household storage, self-storage and document archiving. The business operates from four sites across the region, all with excellent access to major roadways and comprise the following:-
Site 1. (Head Office) 5,000 sq. ft warehouse, container and loose storage, mezzanine capacity for approx. 100 storage containers plus loose storage. Offices c.1,000 sq. ft with space for 6-8 people, kitchen & toilet facilities, parking for cars and loading area for commercial vehicles.
Site 2. 8,000 sq. ft warehouse, 300 storage containers, staff welfare area, toilet & kitchen, parking for 8 cars, loading bay and parking for 6 commercial vehicles HGV size.
Site 3. 5,000 sq. ft warehouse, 200 storage containers, 3 offices with space for 5 people, parking for 7-8 cars plus 6 -7 commercial vehicles HGV size.
Site 4. 8,000 sq. ft warehouse 500 storage containers, 1,500 sq. ft canopy/loading bay. Offices on two levels, capacity 8-10 People and parking. Kitchen & toilet. Large yard area with capacity for 15-20 commercial vehicles or external storage.
All sites are secured in different ways; Sites 1 & 2 are on shared industrial sites whilst 3 & 4 are in their own secure compounds. The sellers own the above listed freehold commercial sites personally and it is intended that these will be sold at market value (c.£4m) to the business acquirer.
